If you are more than 15 minutes late to our appointment, I will cancel our appointment and you’ll forfeit your deposit. RESCHEDULING / CANCELING / ETC. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 5 days in advance to your appointment. Cancellations and re-schedules that do not give at least 5 days notice will lose deposits.
